Floors USA, Maple Shade, NJ - Pergo flooring - purchased 4 years ago - began to come up - no help given from Floors USA or from Pergo

About 4 years ago we purchased a Pergo laminate floor from "Floors USA".

The floor began to come up and we called Floors USA for assistance thinking that since the product has a 20 year warranty some kind of help would be forthcoming.

We were wrong. The first person on the phone made it absoutely clear. "All laminate floors come up. We don't sell Pergo anymore and if you have a problem call the manufacturer." The manufacturers response was that we should get a lawyer. The absloute refusal to help was stunning. I don't like admitting defeat but we were nonetheless beaten badley. We will ultimately replace the floor at our cost with a product from a company that is more dependable. We don't want to get lawyer.
