RE: Precison Tune Auto Care, Union City, GA - paid for tune up, but engine light problem still not fixed
I Yolanda Pitters went to Precision Tune Auto Care in Union City GA. 30291 on 01/17/03 because my engine light was flashing on and off; it was skipping they told me I needed a tune-up so I paid $256.52., then on 02/03/03 the light started back flashing I went back and I ask to speak to the Manager Gordon Peavy he said it needed a new gas cap to buy one and put it on then bring car back and they will adjust the light for me..
so I bought the new gas cap and went back there and they adjust it., again on 02/22/03 here I am telling the Manager Gordon Peavy how upset I am because I worked late nights and everytime I have to get up early to come out to the shop for the same problem and if they does not really know what the problem is to give me my money back and I will take my car some where else to get it fixed I do not have time to waste.
Manager Gordon Peavy checked the car and said I need a third plug wire that was not included in the tune up I said it should have been taken care of the first time I came he said he was not aware of the problem, and that I needed to come up with another $116.91 dollars to fixed the problem whenever I have the money I can come back and get it fixed.
I would like someone to look into this matter and take carefull consideration as to why the matter was not handle properly the first time and give me satisfaction without me paying more money. Thank you in advance for your time.
