Honeywell space heaters (heat fans) - purchased two heat fans last year, and they both have burned out

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 22, 2003:

RE: Honeywell space heaters (heat fans) - purchased two heat fans last year, and they both have burned out

My wife and I bought two Honeywell heat fans in the last year, and both have already burned out. They seem to have an electrical short that keeps them from functioning.

In 2003 we expect a higher degree of reliability from consumer goods. Honeywell should be ashamed of its shoddy products.
