I placed an on-line order 11/24/02 for Freeman foot lotion. My credit card was charged for the sale, and the sale was acknowledged by the company, indicating possible 4 to 6 weeks for shipment.

As of 2/9/03 I have still not received the merchandise, nor will the company respond to my request for a refund of my money.

The company now shows the online store as closed, but still accepts telephone or fax orders.
