National Credit Audit Corporation - received two collection notices for Gourmet Magazine subscription - both notices sent in error

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 20, 2003:

RE: National Credit Audit Corporation - received two collection notices for Gourmet Magazine subscription - both notices sent in error

Several months ago I received a "Collection Notice" from National Credit Audit Corporation in regards to a "Gourmet" magazine subscription. I called the Gourmet magazine publishers and they indicated that they would contact National Credit Audit Corp. and rectify the error.

As one might guess, National Credit Audit Corp has sent out another notice, this one a bit more forceful (nasty) than the first. Regards to all,
