2000 Monte Carlo - Dex Cool problem - 28,000 miles and raditor has been flushed twice already and radiator needs flushing a third time

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 19, 2003:

RE: 2000 Monte Carlo - Dex Cool problem - 28,000 miles and raditor has been flushed twice already and radiator needs flushing a third time

My Monte Carlo has 28,000 miles. It is now in the shop for the 3rd time. This car has been flushed twice already. I have placed the car back in the shop 4 days after the 2nd flushing because the coolant is turning brown again.
