We refinanced our house with them. They 'promised' 45 days but it took 64 days to complete. Tried 27 phone calls. Tried 13 e-mails. No one answered or would give us an update or status. The loan package they put in front of us at the escrow office had 9 major mistakes.

 

When we rejected the paperwork and they re-did it, they sent the wrong loan package back to escrow. They are a complete waste of time in our situation. They fumbled their way through our loan.
