RE: MCI Long Distance - switched to Sprint in Oct., 2002 - as of Feb, 2003 MCI still billing a monthly long distance fee

 

I switched to Sprint on October 31, 2002 and MCI is still billing my credit card for a monthly long distance fee as of Feb 16, 2003. I have contacted them with my MCI account number, but they continue to bill me monthly. Their representatives call to try to retrieve my business, but yet MCI says I don't have an account.
