Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 11, 2003:

I recently purchased the above named product from Permatex Corporation of Solon, Ohio. In my opinion the product did not perform as advertised, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. I visited Permatex's website, and sent an e-mail explaining my concerns.

My explanation was polite in describing the product, the steps I took in applying same, and the end results. It is now proceeding into three business days, and they have not even had the common business courtesy and accuem to answer my request.
