From: Madeline Reily [Email User] RE: Black and Decker coffee maker - under the counter B&D pot - just over 1 year old and stopped working - told warranty had expired and given no help from Black & Decker Bought a Black and Decker coffee pot a little over a year ago. It stopped working for no apparent reason.
This was the second under-the-counter B&D pot I had bought as a space saver to use under the counter. I did not call on the first one but purchased the second one and mailed in the warranty card.
When I called. I was simply told the waranty had expired.. No help there.
Years ago, Black and Decker had a good reputation. Now, I believe their products have gone way down hill. I don't think I will ever buy another B&D product again.
