Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 8, 2002:

Loreal Paris color Vive Gentle Shampoo - product was labeled shampoo but was conditioner

I purchased 2 bottles of Loreal Paris color Vive Gentle Shampoo. At Windixi Markett Place on Flagler and 97 in Miami Fl.

We used this shampoo a few times, noticing that it didn't seem like a shampoo,but more on the lines of a conditioner. It turns out the front sticker to the bottle claims to be a shampoo but then the back inscriptions explain it to be ColorVIVE Creme Conditioner.

We have the two bottles here if you need proof. So becareful next time to not make such a careless mistake
