2000 kia sportage - frustration will car being under repair

Loved my car until I had a problem. Well, several problems. If I have to tell this story again, being that my complaint fell onto deaf ears, I will scream. Instead, I will keep my cool. My Kia is on it's second week of being in the shop for the 4th time in 2 months.

To make matters worse, I have to pay for my own rental. The "customer service" number is more aggrivating then the fools they have fixing these horrid peices of machinery. I am at my wits end. Richard Kennedy, Esq. is getting my call very soon.
