www.mysalesstore.com - paid for quilt in December, yet to receive it

Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 7, 2002:

www.mysalesstore.com - paid for quilt in December, yet to receive it Purchased a quilt over the internet sales sight called My Sales Store (mysalesstore.com) in December 2001. The amount of the purchase was taken out from the credit card number I gave them on their online purchase form.

However, I have yet to receive a quilt from them or any item. I also have not received one email from them in regards to my purchase or my inquiries about where the item I purchased is. In other words, they have made absolutely no communication with me in regards to my purchase, and I have not

received the item.

My seventh time of attempting to communicate with them via EMAIL and telephone has had no response from them. I have lost almost $50.00, and I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to protect my account.
