Earthlink DSL Service in Los Angeles

My wife and I are now in the process of taking public and official action against Earthlink in the DSL service in Los Angeles. In my opinion, they falsely advertise that they provide this service. In fact, the service is provided by Covad and through Pac Bell lines. However, Earthlink does the billing. Their service is the worst I have ever experience.

Our DSL has been out for over 2 months, and Earthlink will do nothing to fix it; yet they keep on billing. Just today, the e-mail went out as well.

We are planning a complaint to one of the local TV News stations so that they can publicize the shoddy service of Earthlink, and the fact that they do nothing to fix it, nor respond to complaints.
