Let's Dance Production - did not show up the day of the wedding

Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 7, 2002:

Pay down-payment of $250.00 for their DJ service for a wedding for Nov. 17,2001.

They said everything was set. BUT, they never showed up.

We made every effort to be there, it was completely beyond our control. As you initially notice your check had not been cashed until we had an confirmation from the dj of your event. We did call you. A refund is on the way to you

They called me on the day of the wedding.

As of today 02/07/02, have not received that "refund".

All e-mail inquiry have been ignored.

All telephone messages have been ignored.

They have a fancy web-site, quoting "reliable and professional", don't believe it.

A discredit to the business.
