Cadillac Eldorado ESC from James Wood Auto Mall, Denton, TX - bad information about CD changer

Cadillac Eldorado ESC from James Wood Auto Mall, Denton, TX - bad information about CD changer

Just recently bought a new Cadillac Eldorado ESC from James Wood Auto Mall in Denton Texas. We got the Luxury Package which list a "Bose Single-slot 5 CD unit" however, it did not contain a 5 CD changer as we were led to believe.

The dealer said that the "5" was a designator for the option code not an indication of a 5-CD changer. This was very misleading and has turned us into a very unhappy Cadillac owner because of the deceptive information that was on the window sticker.
