Earthlink ISP - cancelled service in August, 2001, still being charged - poor service

I cancelled Earthlink in Aug. after bad service they are still charging my credit card every month we call the company and they dispute the charge then and it is gone next month Eartlink charges again calling elink is a chore

two hour wait they want you to get tired and hang up then they tell you it is taken care of but they don`t do their job I guess they don`t like for you to cancel them so i canceled my credit card sell your stock I did worst isp around BAD BAD BAD
