Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 26, 2002:

P.C RICHARD & SON - appliances delivered with missing pieces

On July 13, 2001 I purchased an Amana Washer, Amana Range (stove) , Amana Refrigerator and, J.V.C DVD player from P.C RICHARD & SON. When they deliverd the stove all the pieces were not there. So they said they would replace so they made a recall on our stove .

On Aug. 16, 2001 they came to pick up the stove , they deliverd other stove eight days later which means that we had know stove .

Then they tried to charge me another installation when the new stove but I did'nt pay because I did'nt think I had to.Now on 2182 our refridgerator stopped working (not the freezer) we called on 2202 . On Feb212 we called a repair man . The repair man did not come until 8:30 pm and the job was not done he said that the piece will take a week to be delivered.

Now until they recieve the correct piece we have not had a working refridgerator in our house for the past seven days and counting.
