Complaints.com received the following consumer message on February 26, 2002:

Statospherer Casino, Las Vegas - room booked via worm.com - didn't get room paid for in advance Recently I stayed at the Stratosphere Casino and Hotel. I booked a room through Travel worm.com one month in advance. Paid upfront. One king No smoking room.
When I arrived I was told they would have to look and see if they had anything left. After 15 minutes the receptionist gave me the key to a smoking room two queen beds.
Needless to say I am completely dissatisfied with the Hotel and Travelworm. Everyone I spoke to basically told me sorry but offered me no refund of any sort. I will never recommend either the Hotel or travel service to anyone!
