Wendy's store on Portsmouth Blve in Chesapeake, Va - Chili not available for lunch

I visited the Wendy's store on Portsmouth Blve in Chesapeake, Va at 1:30 this afternoon. I had been looking forward to having chili for supper and stopped in to pick up several large containers. I was told that there would not be any until after 2:00 pm.

I would think that this is an item that would be readily available for lunch. There was no explaination for this just " It wont be ready until after 2:00". The indifference displayed by your employee is not in keeping with the usual friendly greeting I receive from most other employees.

I failed to get the employee's name, but it was a tall, heavy set caucasion female.
