Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 19, 2002:

cooltvproducts.com - charged, but didn't receive order I ordered a product from cooltvproducts.com. I received 2 emails immediately, confirming my order and that it was charged to my credit card and was being processed. a month later, I never received anything. I emailed to cancel my order since I never received anything.

 

I got my credit card bill and had been charged twice for my order. I emailed and called customer service several times and these people never picked up their phone (I let it ring and ring and ring) or answer any emails ( I resent several times).

 

so I am now stuck with a credit card bill where I got charged twice with something that I never received. I am going to dispute with my credit card company.
