george foreman grill - teflon finish bubbled and is comping off
Last fall I purchased a small size george foreman grill and have used it on occasion to cook boneless chicken breasts.
It worked fine for a while, but now the teflon finish (or whatever it is) has bubbled and is coming off. I have only used the plastic utensil which came with it to remove any of the surface cooked on food before cleaning. Now I don't feel it can be used.
Apparently, it is over-heating and since there are no controls to adjust the heat I don't feel safe using it. It was purchased at a local K-mart and I don't have the receipt, so can not return it.
