ASA Home security, Northfield, OH - have not responded to request to repair equipment

Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 18, 2002:

ASA Home security, Northfield, OH - have not responded to request to repair equipment

I have contracted with American Security Alarms Inc. 50 East Highland Road Northfield, Ohio 44067 since 1994. I have made numerous calls to them for service.

I have set up appointments for them to service their equipment installed in my home. They have not responded to repair my equipment. What can I do.
