Gold's Gym, Sterling, VA - received unwanted paper flyers on car
Sent To: Email User; Email User I have a complaint about Gold's Gym here in Sterling, VA. I have received at least a dozen flyers from them on my car at college (NOVA) and at my home in Sterling.
My neighborhood has a no solicitation policy. When I called the Sterling gym to complain, the rude manager told me that this is the way they advertise.
I told him that this was annoying to the college and to me personally and I would like the flyers to stop and he hung up on me! I called back and told him under no condition would I EVER join a Gold's gym and I would tell all my friends and family about this also. I have informed my HOA about this and the college.
I see no reason for a business to use the excuse of "advertising" to leave paper on my property to trash up my home and car. I want Gold's Gym to respect the wishes of their communities and to have better customer service. I feel I deserve an apology.
Thank you,
Robin
