Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 16, 2002:

Sprint PCS Touchpoint1100 phone - sent defective replacement phone, long wait on hold on phone I have a phone under warranty with sprint they took my $35.00 additional to the $4.00 I pay a month and sent me a defective replacement phone.

I've been on the telephone with Sprint since 9 O 'clock this morning.
