AmeriSuites hotel in Tampa Florida - vehicle burglarized in front of the hotel

AmeriSuites hotel in Tampa Florida is misrepresenting its guests and endangering their lives and property.

An secluded type property off Fowler Avenue, Upscale property that assures its guests that private security guards roam the property and video-cameras outside monitored on the parking lots is false.

Our vehicle was burglarized at their front door of the hotel.(NO SECURITY OR CAMERAS OUTSIDE) We tried getting answers from the property management,no response. We tried e-mailing the CEO of Amerisuites Mr. Petroccelli who never contacted us, only long after the fact by an insurance company who said they are not responsible.

This company based on my research has a history of customer abuse,cases of guest victims throughout the chain. It is onfirmed by the Tampa police officer who took the report that the property is in a high crime area near Bush Gardens.

This Company cost our family a terrifying experience ,lost bush Garden passes and a trip cut short. These people should be ashamed of their silence and arro gant response. J.D.
