Voicestream - trouble with account following aquisition by Digiph
Voicestream and their service..or lack there of. I started out service with Digiph and in late July01 changed to one of Digiphs no charge roaming plans for the US as I was going to be out of the state of FL for about 3 months.
Right about that time Voicestream took over Digiph and apparently did not transfer my account properly because I was charged roaming charges for the next 3 months of trying to get it straightened out with Voicestream.
They are extremely unprofessional, rude...and ineffecient. They say they will research something and call back and never do.
They basically did nothing for us and to protect our credit we ended up paying the bill over 1,000 dollars. We were told to file a complaint with the main office to recoup some of the money...yah right. NOW today after being told we were paid in full , they sent us a bill for $200.00 for the cancellation fee. I am livid. I need help. This is ridiculous. I transferred the phone to the correct plan and none of this should have happened. This situation has caused the following:Financial damage as well as although we paid it to save it from being reported to our credit as a collection..it will still show up on our credit as being paid late.
Emotional stress of trying to call them many many times and waiting on hold, waiting for call backs, etc...all to no avail. Thanks for any help you can give.
