Worldcom Wireless - followed return instructions, still was billed, unable to fix problem
In October I bought a wireless phone from Worldcom Wireless. When I received the phone I realized that it was not the type of service I had been sold , so never using it, I returned it.
I followed all of their instructions to the letter. Since October I receive bills every month for a phone they've had in their possession since October. So not only are they guilty of false advertising but charging me for a service I don't have. I have contacted them numerous times but they won't fix the problem.
Every time I call I spend 30 minutes on hold , only to be transferred as soon as I reach someone. Since it is difficult to talk to someone on the phone I have written 5 letters stating the problem. No help.
Thanks,
Scott Stathis
