Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawer DD603 - unable to clear the flood alarm

Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawer DD603 - unable to clear the flood alarm

Dear Sir,

The user manual for my DD603 doesn't tell me how to clear the flood alarm (code F1).

Having spent a small fortune buying the thing 3 months ago and having spent the last 3 days trying to speak to someone who can help at Fisher & Paykel and my supplier I still don't have the machine working.

I don't want to pay UK Pounds 70 just to have someone telling me that my pipes are clean or not.

I would be grateful if you have any ideas. I don't have any clue from your address where you are but I'm in Westminster, Central London.

Had the same problem. It seems that this happens when you're using both drawer units at the same time. The F1 code is from the flood switch being activated. Seems to happen on the bottom drawer. Try this! Open one drawer at a time and run a hair dryer underneath the unit in the center where the plastic cover is. This should dry out the flood switch. You'll need to shut the main power off to reset the unit. Run the hair dryer for about 3-5 minutes. It fixed mine! Good Luck

With my DishDrawer DD603 I strike the same problem with the F1 flood switch. Do you really have to get somebody out at great expense to reset it? Looking for some suggestions please, Cheers
