United Products is a lumber company that provides exterior building products such as roofing, siding, windows, decks, etc. They require the consumer to pay for the materials COD and then when extra materials are returned for credit they do not issue the credit. I was assured that any materials left over could be returned for credit but then they never reimburse you for the returns. It's a scam!!! Never pay for an entire shipment--put 20% or whatever down and then settle up when the job is done--that's the only way you are assured you only pay for what you used. I have written to United Products here in Fargo and also to their corporate offices in St. Paul, MN and neither have given me the courtesy of a reply. I will never buy anything from them again and I urge others to find a different source for their materials.
