We purchased via the internet clothing from Hip Hop Closet. It was paid for by an American Express card. My card was debited with the full amount on 16 August 2006, (54 days ago). We have still not received anything. I emailed the company and after a couple of days we were told "Hi, this order was

shipped and should be arriving any day now". But no details of when actually shipped. This email was dated 26 September 2006.

Then I receive a contradictory email stating "Hi, yes this order shipped a(sic) last week and should arrive in the next few days" However, this email was dated 3 October 2006.

My question is if it was sent "last week", why did Hip Hop closet take the money from my credit card on 16 August 2006 , in other words, why take payment nearly 8 weeks prior and only just claim to have sent the products. (If it has even been mailed at all).

And how can they say I will receive it in the next few days, when I am in Western Australia. Unless they are prepared to send it by airmail, because if it is by sea, it will take at least another 6 to 8 weeks. Regards, Steve M
