My package was returned because my mail carrier failed to leave me a delivery notice. Silver Cloud Smokeshop says that they will reship my package once I give them another address. I only have the address where I live.

I filed a complaint with the United States P ostal Service because my carrier never left me a delivery notice. Tracking No: 9101 0105 2s

Can you help me get my package delivered or get my money refunded to me?

I placed an order last month by mail, money order. No delivery, no response by phone, email. They have my money. Any ideas on how to get a refund, since they may now have gone out of business?

I NEVER RECIEVED MY MONTHLY PACKAGE,SENT SEVERAL EMAILS, NEVER A REPLY, CAN NEVER GET THRU ON PHONE, MAILBOX IS ALWAYS FULL, BUT THEY TOOK THEIR MONEY.WILL BE CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BURUEAU.
