Vidila chopper

Vidila chopper Vidila chopper October 15, 2006 I am 73. Retired in Mexico and have limited income. I ordered one chopper that started at $19.95, plus $5.00 for the extra blade, plus shipping and handling. A friend brought it to me from Tucson as I have a P.O. Box there for mail. The box arrived, opening it I found 4 choppers instead of one. Also no invoice enclosed. I called a New York phone the only number I could find and found out I was charged on my credit card $131.00 dollars. They told me to return the order for a refund. Being on a limited income and in Mexico I have not figured out how to do that without going 350 miles and back to Tucson. It was not my mistake. What should I do. Also the chopper (damn thing) does NOT work as simply as advertised, you have to cut items into small portions then chop , hell it is easier the old fashioned way, knife and cutting board. Misleading advertisement ???and at my age I consider it leaning toward fraud. Thank you for any consider in this matter.
