Dear Sir,

Full and Final settlement in respect of Telephone number 55260834 was paid vide my cheque No.152243 dated 16.11.05 for Rs.2,000 for telephones from 55260831 to 55260835 for the total outstanding amount of Rs.2813/-.

I had obtained Full and Final letter No. ND/112000 dated 11.11.2005 signed by T Singh bearing your address post bad No.11, 2A Old Ishwar Nagar, Main Mathura Road New Delhi- 110 065 besides the HO address. The cheque was account payee and has been encashed by you.

On the other hand Ms. Kiran Tyagi, Advocate Phone No.9810720082 rang me up and said that she has file No.09/6838 pending for Rs.2326/- for phone 55260834 and is filing a case against me u/sec 420.

This is highly objectionable and better send the notice to me in writing before filing case.

Please note that not properly accounting the amount received from the customer and demanding it again amounts to defeciencies in services and will invite action against the services provider i.e. yourselves.

Kindly check up you own accounts and instruct the Advocate accordingly and confirm the same to me if you wish to maintain good customer services.
