Discover card's dishonest response to identity theft

I was the victim of identity theft. One of the things the thief (Shannon Marie Bussberg, who has a criminal record) did was to open a Discover card under my name. All the other cards she opened in my name have been cleared up, but Discover Financial Services refuses to admit that the debt isn't mine, despite my doing everything you're supposed to do after identity theft: I sent them an explanation (including her name and where to find her), the police report, proof of ID, notarized affidavit of fraud. Hell, I even offered to take a polygraph test. They refuse to do an investigation or give me the documents due me by law, and write me letters with blatant lies.
