Served with a Summons and Complaint (supposedly) by nail and mail (no way) or by mail (no way) Restraining Order put on my Checking and Savings Account bank received 100.00 per account. Credit Card is an unsecured loan and all assets including my two weeks pay was frozen two days after the Order. Served my office with a garnishment - I am a single parent with a child and the collection agency Cohen and Ward pretend to be attorneys they are just collectors. They want 1,000 cash and a stipulation to pay 50.00 per month until it is paid off. I was in a bad car accident lost my leased vehicle only two years old plus secuirty was out of work for 10 weeks last year and three weeks the year before. Had two knee surgerys and commuTED from Bay Shore to Massapequa, New yORK FOR TWO YEARS. I satisfied two credit cards recentlyy for 11,000 and they will unfreeze my account as I will not pay 4,000 for interest plus an additional interest of 15 percent from 7/21/06 I work in a LaW fIRM FOR 9 years and only make 42,400 per year but last year made 36,000 less taxes and I never filed bankruptcy I continue to struggle and Commerce Bank and this collection agency care less. The sued me in Lake Ronkonkoma, New York when my venue is Central Islip New York second Citibank account. I live with my parents and my mother usually helps me as best as she can but cannot help this time. Usually a credit company cuts the debt in half or less but Citbank recently froze my account on Decembert 26, 2005 never served again check with a neighbor 30 houses away to see if I was in the armed forces over lived at my presnet she did not know me from a hole in the wall. Besides my car accident I have had toe surgery and numerous medical health problems. Endermitrosis since I was 20 and now 53 had a comlaint hysterortomy, hernia surgery, etc., I could write book. Please advise what I should do to open my accounts. One has two weeks pay and the other has 491.00
