Bank of America

October 15, 2006

Recently we have notified Bank of America in writing and via telephonic conversation with customer service representative Yvonne (supervisor) and Able, that a duplicate bill pay error had been processed by EFT. Both representatives stated that EFT's cannot be reversed and that we would be charged overdraft fees. Funds have not been deducted from our account and have not been received by the Payee (Best Buy) as of this date. At the is point we are ready to take legal action and we are seeking participants to enter into a class action lawsuit. We would appreciate your assistance in stopping Bank of America's unethical and illegal EFT banking practices. We trusted Bank of America to protect our money and they are taking it from us. This is another case of "Big Business" taking advantage of the little guy.

Bank of America

march 27,2008

I recently Had a simular experience with their customer service. You see I went to the store three times on friday ,and used my Debit card, and pin number. 1 for 2.78,1 for 6.80, and 1 for 7.50 at the time I had 93.00 in the checking, and 37.00 in the savings account. Well on the way home from the last trip I had an accident, and had to have the vehichle towed at a cost of 160.00. now then I ran this transaction as a credit purchase. come monday My account reflected 4 pending charges with an overdraft of 54.00,then Come tuesday my account reflected payment of the three puchases, and 1 pending transaction of 160.00,and three overdraft fees for the cleared transactions leaving the account overdrawn by 159.71(pending),Then come Thursday morning the pending 160.00 was gone, and the hold released. my account was still charged 105.00 in overdrafts leaving a positive balance of .71 with no signs of overdraft. They told me that the 160.00 hold was the reason I was charged overdraft fees, now friday morning I my paycheck comes through, and the account was still positive, and 160.00 was still not paid.they then tell me that as of march 1st 2008 they changed thier polcy on credit transactions, and even if the transaction is not processed if their was not enough money at the time of the approval they are still entitled to overdraft fees even though they account never actually overdrafted. I feel this is robbery of my account. I mean If I went there and held a gun ,and demande money I would be arrested, yet they are doing the same thing without a gun.I think that there is some attorney somewhere to stop them, and a lot more people willing to join a class action case against these illegal Practices

they think they are the Gods Of the finacial industry, and should be taken down, and possibly even Out!,and if anyone knows of a case that has been filed regarding theses matters please Let me know, cause I am On board with it.
