Complain against : First Flight Couriers Ltd.

Consignor No. : E77639451 dated 25/9/2006 at 1 PM.

From : Cuttack to Bangalore

I had sent a parcel vide Courier service

Named and styled as First Flight Courier

which they say is "Not Just Couriers.But Business Partners."

within India from Cuttack to Bangalore on 25/9/2006

for which they charged Rs.79(Seventy nine only)

where as if i would have sent it with Indian Postal System

my goods would have been delivered in a couple of days at an expense of Rs.30 to 35.

Now i have spent lots on locating my parcel on making calls to their customer care,local office,Manager on net on there web site sent mail but non did try to contact me

to give the status of my parcel.

where as there site calculator says that it will be delivered on 27/9/2006

But Till date there office people cannot locate the parcel or give me the detail

I dont understand what to do

Wish i had the phone number of the Owner of

the so called M/s.First Flight Couriers Ltd.

which i think was the last chance to try

what is the use of complain if no one is listning to it

just see the date when i had lodged a complain but till date no results

very sad

thinking of going to the law
