I have a policy with Pinnacle Choice / Starbridge select , which I believe is an affiliate of Mega Health Insurance and have had this for about a year but never used it. I just found out the insurance was terminated on Sept 30th. My credit card statement says they were paid on Sept 14th. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company and have been given a run araound saying I need to contact another number, When I call that number I get a voice mail saying to leave a message and someone will call me back. For days I have been leaving messages and still no one has returned any of my calls. I have a medical test scheduled for this Monday and as far as the doctors office is concerned I have no health insurance. I am very very upset. Thank you, Ken A.
