I live in So. California, and my complaint is I can't get my refund from AT & T since 2002.

My father had an account with AT & T they over charged him because of his "plan". They acknowledged that and said they would credit him. That never happened. I have paper documation since 2002 stating they owe him, but nothing happened. so, for the last five years I have been trying to get his money back. I know they owe it, they know they owe it. Since then he closed that account, (they know this). They state they owe him the money, they just don't know how to get the money out of that account to issue a check!! Come on, it shouldn't tke five years to refund $433.77. You can never talk to anyone in the "Backlight"

division(I guess where the checks are issued), so I fax again and again all my paperwork, to no avail. I can't even get anyone to return my calls or fax's.

What I am supossed to do. The everyday person against the corporate big wig!!
