Radio Shack Store Complaint Radio Shack Store Complaint October 14, 2006 My wife and I recently went to the Radio Shack in Pontiac Michigan on Telegraph Road to purchace a spool of 16 gage speaker wire. We found they had two price tags on the racks for the 50 ft role of 16 gage speaker wire with two different prices marked on the rack. One for $10.60 cents and the other for $9. and obout 40 cents. The both were marked with the same part number. I told them I wanted the wire at the lower price as marked and the store manager told the person who waited on us that he didn't care what is was marked that we had to pay the higher price. The empoyee told the manager that the law stated that they had to sell it at the advertized price or the would have to pay us extra for the miss pricing if sold at that higher price. He said out loud that that was to bad that they could sue them for all he cared. They then took the lower price off the shelf. Pretty pathetic customer service and attitude by a name brand store. I see there are hundreds of complaints on the Radio Shack stores on line and I can see why. Won't shop there anymore.
