Homeland Housewares - Magic Bullet Homeland Housewares - Magic Bullet October 14, 2006 Enclosed is the final contact that I had with Homeland Housewares (maker of The Magic Bullet). I have never had a response. Sent to I received a Magic Bullet as a gift last Christmas. I've enjoyed using it until recently when a small plastic wheel on the base of the Magic Bullet broke completely in half. I've enclosed a photo. When I notified you last week, you informed me that this small plastic wheel would cost me almost $40.00 to replace!!!! This is outrageous. I don't need the entire base. Because of this, I will vigorously discourage anyone from purchasing the Magic Bullet. I had planned on giving each of my 3 daughters the Magic Bullet for Christmas this year. As a result of this experience, I'll advise them to continue using their blenders as I will. As a store manager, I am aware that if a customer is happy, they will tell a few friends of their satisfaction BUT if a customer is unhappy they will tell whoever will listen--friends AND strangers. I'm sure our local newspaper will be interested in this as well. You know where I stand on this issue. If you care to respond, I can be reached at the following number.

Id rather throw this thing away and use a real blender than pay 40 buck for another inferior part From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Tuesday, 19-Feb-08 22:16:47 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
