Insignia TV Model IS-LCDTV32 / repair service

I received a Insignia flat screen TV model IS-LCDTV32 for Christmas too and it was purchased on 12/23/05. My TV has a 1 year parts and labor warranty from Insignia. In May 2006 the TV died and just went black. We took it back into the store and then they sent it in for repair. This took approximately 2 months to get it back as the part was back ordered. In September the TV died again. I called Best Buy and they said that it was under repair warranty and that their service man is covered to come fix it since it is larger than a 27" screen. The repair man came into my home a month ago and diagnosed the problem. Now he is trying to order the part, and Insignia will not sell it to him because only Best Buy is authorized to purchase from them. So he called Best Buy and they said because we did not purchase the extended warranty they will not send him the part.

I called the store where I bought it and the Best Buy costumer rep. cannot even get the company to help me.

What do I do to get my TV fixed. They tell me the 3rd time it dies then they will replace it. My warranty is almost expired.

Help??? What can I do?
