Hometown Roofing reshingled our roof in February of this year. We paid them in full on the day the work was completed except for replacing a drip strip over one window. The owner promised to come back the following morning and complete the work. In spite of repeated messages left on his business and cell phones we have not heard from him.

We also experienced aproblem with our clothes dryer taking an unusually long time to dry laundry. Thinking it was the age of the machine we purchased a new machine for $400.

Upon installation of the new machine a serviceman told us that reason the new machine was taking so long to dry was because the vent line through the roof was blocked. the roofer had shingled over the hole inthe roof and had failed to cut and inst all the vent cap.
