Phone Cards I purchased 2 $20 phone cards Sept. 30 and found that I do not have a balance on them any more, even though they have been minimally used. To call Finland they charge 1.5-2.5c a minute and I should have a big balance left over. One night on going to bed the balance was $8 and waking up it was $4. Customer service told me there were some calls to Panama, but I don’t know anyone there. Tough luck, they said. Try some more honest company. It’s a real ripoff. They suck you in with low rates and then the minutes suddenly vanish.
