People PC Internet connection

October 14, 2006 I placed an order to get People PC Internet connection on line, I gave them my telephone number to get the service. Unfortunately, after I had pushed the submmit button, I realized that I had given them my cell #. Needless to say internet service does not work with a cell number. The order was placed 6/5/06, order #5431sss, since then I have called them several times to cancel the order and to refund the $42.25 I was charged for the service. I also wrote a letter to their headquarters and I have yet to hear about my complain or get my money back.
