On 8/31/06 I took my truck to this business to have a tow pkg. put on it so I could pickup a travel trailer I had just purchased. I took off a full day work, and drove 117 miles (RT) spent 1/2 day waiting for the truck. I returned to the Athens RV to pickup my trailer and the electric brakes wouldn't work. After their personnel had checked the wiring for the brakes they discovered the wiring was laying across the motor and had burnt into because it wasn't taped or put into a relay casing. I immediately called the owner there (Mike) told him the problem. He said to bring the truck back and he would look at the problem. I paid $866.00 for this pkg. so I was not happy. I told him about missing work plus the drive involved . He said he could only fix it if he could see what I was talking about. The short of it is, I paid an additional $117.00 to the RV co to fix the problem so I would not have to take it back to Tyler, and could pick up my trailer that day. Mike told my credit card co He would be glad to make things right, so I told him that I thought he should reinburse me for the $117.00. Nothing! Please help!
