I am in Missouri My complaint is with Tracfone.

When I first purchased my Tracfone, they had to send me 3 phones before I got one that worked.

Once I got that one working, my voice mail quit working for no apparent reason, and I cannot access my voicemail account. I have called and emailed them, all they tell me is to follow the instructions on the website. I am not able to use my Tracfone at my house due to no service, which is fine because I use the phone away from home. However, if I am on my landline phone and call them, I cannot use the Tracfone to follow their instructions to try to fix the situation. Very frustrating and can't wait until I can afford a Real cell phone.

This company and their products suck. Denise
