Lexus / key Lexus / key October 14, 2006 Barbara Anniston, AL 36206 I purchased a Lexus SUV and would have thought it was the finest automobile on the road, however it is no good to me or anyone if the key does not work. I have complained #s of time, for quite some time to the Lexus dealership. Once they did send me an old key case, however it had the same problems. For an automobile to be of such good quality, the key is of the utmost poorest quality. As you know an automobile is no good without the key. I can purchase a new one for a ridiculous amount, but why would I want to when it is just going to do the same. I feel I have exhausted all efforts to get Lexus to make this good and have no other alternative than to start e-mail to over 10,000 people on my list and ask them to do the same, plus word of mouth. This just seems like such bad way to get the attention of a dealership that should have responded in a professional manner. One more chance to make it right, lexus, (notice with a little L) because at this time that is how I feel about this company.
