My wife and I spent our 30th anniversary in Cancun, Mexico this year with a time share we bought a year ago. We were taken on a tour of royal holiday in cancun and saw the resort they were building. We were impressed to the point of listening to their presentation. When we told the sales representative that we already had a time share, he proceeded to tell us that Royal Holiday would buy out our time share so that we could get on board with them. We mailed our contract with our current

timeshare to them to send to RCI to have the paperwork started for the trade off. It has been 3 months and we have not receive any paperwork on the matter. Do we have any legal rights to get this corrected or to get this contract voided because of false promises. Please let me know if you have any information for me on this matter. Armando
